Adjustment of Status is the process in which a person who is lawfully in the US on a current and valid visa adjust his status to one of  Lawful Permanent Residence and attains a Green Card.  USAresidency.net may prepare your application and continue to accomodate your application through the process until it is approved or denied.  If denied we will consult with our client on steps to rectify the problem that casued denial.
